		<description>I think it&#039;s really cool that you had this experience! You have preached before, but on this occasion, the transition from band to pastor struck you particularly hard and has given you some pretty deep stuff. I honestly never thought about how Tyler or Will might feel after the band leaves the stage. Before the service when we all pray and talk about the service flow, it&#039;s clear that each person has their own role, but I&#039;ve always thought of our roles being to God and/or the congregation--not each other! I love how your post lays it all out. This is a great realization that needed to be shared; thanks for sharing!</description>
