		<description>I hear you on people remembering when it&#039;s their Sunday to play. I do the scheduling for all the ministries at my church and it seems like theres always someone who forgot it was their week. I now have all of our ministry volunteer schedules on our church website in addition to the hard copy that we mail. I&#039;m hoping this convenience will help peolpe remember.</description>

		<description>This looks like an amazing weekend!  I cannot imagine being able to draw from leaders from other campus&#039;, what a blessing!

We have benefited greatly from also having &#039;assigned weekends&#039;, but like you the 5th weekend creates problems...

We have experimented with several things, my favorite is, our assistant worship leader helps to develop a &#039;youth band&#039; made up of our top upper highschoolers.  We have used them a number of times with great success (we also  have our assistant worship guy on stage with them).   This has become our feeder band, it&#039;s working out better then i could have imagined!   Keep up the great work!</description>
